Slow-cooked stews, soups and rice can take hours on a normal stovetop. This 5 L stovetop pressure cooker shortens that time by cooking under 80 kPa of internal pressure, so you can get hearty meals on the table faster. The 22 cm pot is a practical size for family cooking, from lamb shanks on the weekend to a quick pot of rice after work.

The body is made from aluminium manganese alloy with a thickened one-piece formed base that spreads heat evenly across the bottom of the pot. It works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction cooktops, so it suits most Australian kitchens. Bakelite side handles give you a steady, comfortable hold when moving the pot, and the lid uses a sealing ring and pressure limiting valve to manage pressure during cooking.

Key Features:

• Faster Cooking – 80 kPa working pressure cooks stews, beans and grains quicker than normal boiling.
• 5 L Capacity – Enough room for family-sized soups, casseroles and batch cooking.
